• To assist HRA Executive in handling all HR daily activities.
• To follow-up closely with HRA outlets on Payroll Preparation Reports (Monthly Schedule, Monthly Reports, Organization Structure, Overtime Report, Leave & Attendance Record, Employee Movement Report) and others form / correspondence.
• Prepare, update and maintain personal files and ensure all reports and letters are prepared and submitted in a timely manner.
• To perform any other duties as instructed by immediate superior or any other person / persons assigned by the Management.
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates / Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.

• Perform Human Resource & Administration related tasks.

• To coordinate and align with other departments in line with company's strategy.
• Liaison with relevant government bodies; Immigration, KWSP, SOSCO and LHDN.
Requirements:
• Degree in any discipline.
